Where do I get your Instant Superfood Breakfast Pouches?
Head to the Craft Breakfast Shop to shop the full range of Superfood Breakfast Boxes. Each breakfast box contains 5 or 10 single-serve breakfast pouches which can be served as an instant superfood porridge or easy bircher.

How do I order a Craft Smoothie Box?

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your smoothie kit subscription at any time by logging in to your Craft Breakfast account. Remember the cut-off time for pausing or canceling is before your payment has been processed, to come into effect for your next delivery.
I would like to order a smoothie kit for next week, but I've missed the cut-off date. Can I still get a box delivered next week?
We can often squeeze your order in with next week's deliveries after the cut-off date, so order and then get in touch with us via email: hello@craftsmoothie.co.nz and we will confirm if it's possible.
How long does each recipe take to prepare?
Our smoothie recipes take around 2 minutes to craft from start to finish, thanks to our pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipe cards. Ideal if you’re busy and want to enjoy a meal on the go!
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a blender, a sharp knife, ice and water to get your smoothies sorted. We supply everything else in your smoothie kit.
Can I use my standard blender from home?
You sure can, a standard household blender or bullet-style blender work perfectly with our smoothie recipes.

Can I order a Craft Smoothie kit fortnightly?
Yes, you can have your smoothie box delivered fortnightly instead of weekly. Simply select the fortnightly delivery frequency and place your order here.
How much does a Craft Smoothie Box cost?
Our superfood smoothie boxes cost $54 per box, each box contains 5 recipes to make 10 smoothies ($5.40 per smoothie). Order yours today!
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, simply click GET STARTED or ORDER NOW to proceed to our secure payment platform. We accept both credit cards and debit cards.
Can I order a one-off Craft Smoothie Box just to try it out?
For sure, you can order one box and then pause or cancel your subscription after your first delivery. Make sure you pause or cancel your subscription before midnight on Tuesday after receiving your box.
When do I need to place my order by?
You can place your order at any time, just remember to order by midnight on Wednesday to receive your Craft Smoothie box on the next Tuesday. Get in touch if you just miss the cutoff date via email or live chat and we will see what we can do 😊 hello@craftsmoothie.co.nz
How do I update my email if I created an account using Facebook?
When you create a Craft Smoothie Account using Facebook, the email associated with Facebook will be used, if this is not an email you commonly use we recommend updating your email.
The best way to update your email is to do so in Facebook by following these steps:
- Click in the top right corner of Facebook and select Settings.
- Click Contact in the General tab.
- Click Add another email or mobile number to add a new email to your account.
- Click Add or Save Changes.
- You will need to re-enter your Facebook password and click Submit before a new email is added to your account.
- They'll send you a confirmation email when you add a new email to your account. Click the link in that email to confirm that you want this email added to your Facebook account.
Once you have gone through the above steps make sure you have logged out of your Craft Smoothie account, once logged out follow the link to sign in to your Craft Smoothie Account. Click 'SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK'
Your email will automatically update in your Craft Smoothie Account 😊

How do I update my credit or debit card details?
To update your credit or debit card details, login to your Craft Smoothie account on our website and click Update payment method.
How do I update my delivery address or billing address?
To update your billing or delivery address, log in to your Craft Smoothie account on our website and click on My Account, then click on Edit Account Details.

Where do I enter my coupon code?
To redeem your coupon, click GET STARTED or ORDER NOW, then enter your coupon code under 'Confirm Your Order' and click VERIFY. The total cost in your order summary will update to reflect your coupon discount.
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to and how much does delivery cost?
We provide free delivery nationwide in New Zealand. Delivery to rural addresses is currently unavailable, however we are happy to deliver your Craft Smoothie box to a local drop-off point, your workplace, or a friend’s house. What time on Tuesday will my order arrive?
You will receive an email when your box has been dispatched to confirm the estimated delivery time and a tracking code to track your delivery.
Can I get my Craft Smoothie Box delivered to work?
You sure can, in fact we recommend it as business addresses are often first on the courier run. Just make sure you pop the ingredients in the fridge to keep them fresh, especially the leafy greens.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If you’re not home, the courier will leave your Craft Smoothie box at your front door, or in a safe place. Note: you can leave a delivery message for the courier when ordering. We recommend someone is home to receive your order, or is able to shoot home to pop the fresh ingredients in the fridge. Alternatively, if you are unable to be home for delivery, why not get your box delivered to work?
RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS
Do your smoothies include peanuts?
Our Superfood Smoothie Box does NOT contain any peanuts. Our Keto Smoothie Box does contain peanut butter slugs, these are individually packaged and could be left out.
How many different smoothie recipes will I get every week?
You will get 5 different recipes each week. Our recipes change week to week and with the seasons to ensure the freshest ingredients possible.
What sort of smoothie recipes and ingredients can I expect?
Each smoothie kit includes 5 different smoothie recipes with well-balanced combinations of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, along with organic superfood blends, which have been combined to help you achieve the optimal daily intake of vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients. Where do the smoothie ingredients come from?
Our quality smoothie ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible, so you can expect a range of home-grown seasonal produce. To bring you the world’s best superfoods, we’ve joined forces with local organic suppliers, who source premium quality superfoods that aren’t grown in New Zealand from countries like Peru, Brazil and Argentina.
How long will the ingredients in my Craft Smoothie Box last?
The ingredients in your smoothie box are designed to last for the week. Remember to place the leafy greens, vegetables and fruit in the fridge to keep them fresh. To help preserve the freshness of your ingredients and lock in optimal flavour, check out our Top Storage Tips For Smoothie Ingredients.
Are your smoothies organic?
We source raw organic nuts, seeds and superfoods for our smoothie ingredients. The fresh fruit and vegetables are not certified organic, however, they are sourced locally wherever possible.
Are your smoothies vegan and paleo?
They sure are, all of our smoothie recipes are vegan and paleo-friendly.
Can I add milk or coconut water to my smoothies?
Go for it! Our smoothies are designed to taste delicious with water, but you can add your favourite milk, or coconut water for an extra kick! Both dairy and non-dairy milks (like nut milks or coconut milk) work well.
Do you cater to allergies?
If you have a serious allergy, we do not recommend purchasing our boxes as our smoothie ingredients are prepared and packed in the same facility.

TIPS AND TRICKS
How can I alter the consistency of my smoothie?
There are a few ways you can alter the consistency of your smoothie:
- Add more ice and less liquid = a thicker smoothie.
- Pre-chop and freeze bananas the night before to thicken your smoothie.
You can always add more liquid but you can’t take it out, so if you like a thicker smoothie, add less liquid at the start and then blend to see if it’s your desired consistency before adding more liquid as required.
Does the order which the ingredients go into the blender affect the quality of the smoothie?
Yes, for a conventional style blender we recommend adding the ingredients in this order for best results:
- Add ice
- Add a mix of leafy greens and fresh fruit
- Add nuts, seeds and superfood powders
- Add liquid
Note - For non-conventional blenders like the Nutri Bullet reverse the order for best results.
How do I know how long to blend my smoothie ingredients for?
It’s always better to over-blend than to under-blend, so keep in mind that not all blenders are created equal and adjust your blend time accordingly. Ensure your smoothie is chunk-free and the superfoods are evenly blended before serving. We recomend blending on high for at least one minute.
